ABOUT ESTHER
It’s rare for a child to know her destiny, yet Esther always knew in her heart that her future had to include compelling storytelling, aesthetics, and answers to her never-ending questions. Indeed, her arrival to the world of journalism commenced with newspapers and new media. She eventually pivoted to the fast-paced world of news and entertainment content at Us Weekly. In 2016, Esther Lee made her way over to The Knot, the leading wedding brand in the U.S., where she now serves as Deputy Editor.
Within the last eight years, she has successfully overseen multiple content initiatives and campaigns at The Knot, including prolific team coverage and an influencer activation of the 2018 Royal Wedding and a successful content marketing partnership with Warner Brothers for the world premiere of Crazy Rich Asians. Ever the numbers-driven editorial leader, her team has experienced triple digit growth across all Features categories, as well as other milestones across both print and digital content.
Esther Lee’s interests today are much aligned with what she’s embraced since she was a kid: asking questions, reading (a lot), writing, flexing entrepreneurship principles, and pursuing wonder.
